I purchased the CP Plus 2.4 dome camera with the expectation of good picture quality, but unfortunately, the video quality is very poor and does not meet the standards I had hoped for. To make matters worse, when I tried to return or replace the product, Amazon canceled my request citing internal policy. This was very disappointing, as customers expect both quality products and reliable after-sales service. I hope CP Plus improves the performance of this camera and Amazon reviews its policies to better support genuine customer concerns.

the Camera picture giving out put only in Black and white . Customer carte is not at all helpfull . they will ask you to Register with intelli Service . But that too dose not response . 2 Camers I bought , both are waist of money , never buy it online .
