2. GST and Invoicing
– All products sold by Kashyap Digital include a valid GST invoice.
– If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, please mention it during checkout and upload your GST certificate.
– GST invoices cannot be reissued under different names after purchase.
3. Order Processing, Cancellation & Modifications
– Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
– Once an order is placed, cancellations before shipping will incur a 2% processing fee.
– Cancellations after the product has been shipped will attract a 5% restocking fee.
– Order modifications after shipping are subject to a 3% handling fee.
– If payment was made via EMI partners (e.g., Bajaj Finance), 5% will be deducted for cancellations initiated by the buyer.
– Kashyap Digital reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
– Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated only after the product is received in the same condition as shipped. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
4. Product Information & Availability
– While we strive to ensure accuracy, product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and may vary slightly.
– Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
– We do not guarantee the availability of all items at all times. If a product is unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded.
– Components such as CPUs, motherboards, or RAM are sold individually unless specifically listed as a prebuilt PC system.
5. Warranty / RMA Policy
– All products sold by Kashyap Digital come with manufacturer or distributor warranty, unless otherwise mentioned.
– Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand’s authorized service center.
– We offer assistance (RMA service) for warranty claims as a courtesy but are not legally responsible for manufacturer delays.
– Warranty is void in the following cases:
